Across cultures and throughout human history, psychedelic medicines have been used as powerful tools for healing, insight, and spiritual connection. In the right setting, with thoughtful preparation and skilled support, these experiences can open doors that everyday consciousness often keeps closed. Many people report profound shifts in perspective — releasing long-held trauma, softening patterns shaped by depression or PTSD, and reconnecting with a deeper sense of meaning and purpose. Psychedelic experiences can invite us into a more intimate relationship with ourselves, with others, and with the living world around us. Moments of expanded awareness often bring a renewed sense of wonder, compassion, and interconnectedness. For some, this can feel like a mystical or spiritual awakening — a remembering that we are not separate, but part of a larger web of life. With careful integration, these insights can become lasting changes in how we live, love, and relate to the world.

I became Chair of the LAWPC in October of 2026. In my short tenure, we have hosted one or more beautiful, healing events every month and I have met some of the most amazing women. I am so grateful for all the kindness and love I have received from out community. What a gift!
Trained in Psychedelic Integrative Studies with specializations in Depth Psychology and Somatics & Trauma, I use a compassionate and personalized approach to help clients navigate emotional breakthroughs, spiritual awakenings, and challenging insights. My services include the following:

Intensives -- four day in-person retreats for individuals & couples.
Mentorship -- in psychedelic integrative studies for coaches, therapists, and other healers interested in adding psychedelics to their practice.
