Psychedelic Journey
The word “psychedelic” comes from Greek roots: psyche meaning “soul” or “mind,” and dēleín meaning “to manifest” or “make clear.” Trained in Psychedelic Integrative Studies with specializations in Depth Psychology and Somatics & Trauma, Kimberly uses a compassionate and personalized approach to help clients navigate emotional breakthroughs, spiritual awakenings, and challenging insights. Ketamine is the only psychedelic that is legal in California at this time, but other psychedelics have been legalized and/or decriminalized in some American states and cities as well as other countries.
Integration
The psychedelic journey is seen as the “ sexy” part—the mind-blowing visuals, the soul-revealing insights, the deep connection to nature and the cosmos–but the real work often begins before and continues long after the journey ends. Integration means “to make whole” or “begin again.” Preparing for your journey and integrating your experience leads to significant healing and lasting transformation. I do one-on-one and group integration both in person and online.
Ketamine for Individuals
Ketamine creates a temporary shift in awareness that loosens rigid patterns of thought, emotion, and identity. On the mental-health level, it can interrupt depressive loops, reduce the intensity of anxious or self-critical narratives, and open a neurobiological “window” in which new perspectives feel more available. Spiritually, ketamine often evokes a sense of spaciousness, interconnectedness, or self-transcendence—experiences that can help people reconnect with meaning, compassion, and a larger sense of purpose. Ketamine softens defenses, allows people to revisit emotional material with more warmth and clarity, and provides a gentle distance from pain, making it easier to reflect, process, and integrate insights that support healing and growth.
Ketamine for Couples
When used in a supportive and intentional setting, ketamine can serve as a powerful tool for couples. By softening individual defenses and facilitating openness, it can help both partners drop habitual mental and emotional barriers — making it easier to communicate honestly, empathize deeply, and be vulnerable. In that softened space, couples often find it easier to see negative patterns in their relationship, feel each other’s pain or joy more clearly, and access compassion, trust, and connection on a deeper level. Shared ketamine experiences (with proper guidance and integration) can become a catalyst for relational healing, shared insight, and strengthening emotional bonds.

A couples intensive offers the rare gift of stepping entirely out of your routine and into a focused, loving immersive container designed for reconnection and transformation. Whether you’ve tried everything and nothing has worked, you are looking for more spark and passion, or you love each other but want to deepen your connection and take your relationship to the next level, we personalize the retreat to meet your unique relationship goals and desires. Our retreats often unfold over four days—Thursday afternoon to Sunday morning—and include individual sessions, guided couples conversations, time in nature, time alone as a couple, a medicine journey, and a menu of curated healing modalities to help couples turn towards healing, reframing, reconnecting, and remembering why they fell in love in the first place.
